The KBC
Official app has proved very popular because it is brought to you by the
makers of the hit TV show in India, Kaun Banega Crorepati. What’s even
better is that this app is available on Android, iOS and Windows,
although they all share one thing in common; users are annoyed about one
of the features.
Users seem happy with the slick interface, but are unhappy with the ads because after playing with the app for some time, you could find that you have started to pull your hair out. It would seem that after you have answered each question you have to be subjected to an ad.
There was hope that this annoying feature would be rectified with the most recent update, but it is still there with no way to skip past it either, which means you have to sit there and watch the 29 second ad.
Some of you may be able to put up with this, although we can see that many users have already started to uninstall the KBC app.
Users claim it is a scam – When looking on user reviews on the Google Play Store it would seem that many of them agree that this KBC app is a scam because it charges you rs 60 without any benefit. We do not want to offer a judgment on this just in case the claims are untrue, but we find it strange why so many people are claiming the same thing.
We would usually ask that you download such an app and give it a go, but we are not certain that we want to entice you to do so, just in case it is a con.
