SAB TV’s new weekend show Safar Filmy Comedy Ka is a star-studded event that traces the journey of comedy through 100 years of cinema. The show which is produced by Dheeraj Kumar’s Creative Eye Limited has already seen the likes of Juhi Chawla Manoj Joshi, Asrani, Rajpal Yadav, Chunkey Pandey, Divya Dutta and many others shooting for the event. We now hear that the ultimate Dream girl Hema Malini and the comedy queen of yester years, Aruna Irani are shooting for the event today (6 February 2013). They will be seen paying their tribute to 100 years of Indian Cinema. As we know, Sunil Grover and Muskaan Mihani are hosting the show. Safar Filmy Comedy Ka airs every Sunday at the 9 PM slot. Shakti Kapoor to feature in SAB TV's Safar Filmy Comedy Ka

Creative Eye is all set to air its first non-fiction comedy show Safar Filmy Comedy Ka on SAB TV. As reported earlier, the show has a huge list of film stars including Juhi Chawla, Prem Chopra, Divya Dutta, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Asrani, Chunky Pandey, Johny Lever, Dharmendra, Satish Kaushik and Jitendra who will be sharing their cinematic experiences in comedy with the audience. Each actor will feature in one episode. And the latest we have learnt is that Shakti Kapoor, who was last seen on TV in Bigg Boss season 5, is also a part of the show. The veteran actor is shooting for his sequence today (24 January 2013). Confirming Shakti’s association with the series, producer Dheeraj Kumar shared with us, “We have a huge list of stars who will be coming down to our sets and shoot with us for this unique show. As of now, we have just roped in the yesteryear actors, but soon we will try getting in the younger generation too.”

Each episode of Safar Filmy Comedy Ka will showcase one trend of comedy including physical, action, slapstick, cult comedy, mistaken identity, etc across 100 years of cinema. Paying tribute to popular comedians of Bollywood from different eras, each captivating episode of the show will feature veteran actors like Juhi Chawla, Prem Chopra, Divya Dutta, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Asrani sharing their cinematic experiences in comedy with the audience. The show is being produced by Dheeraj Kumar & Zuby Kochhar of Creative Eye Limited. SAB TV will be soon seen paying a tribute on the Indian film industry completing 100 successful years through its latest offering Safar Filmy Comedy Ka. As reported in the media, Sunil Grover and Muskan Mihani are hosting the show however, a lot of well known TV and film personalities will also be seen in the project. To name a few are Juhi Chawla, Prem Chopra and Rajpal Yadav. It will be a weekend property and will air every Sunday starting from 27 January 2013 at 9 pm. Muskaan Mihani back as anchor with SAB TV

Muskaan Mihani will be seen anchoring Safar Filmi Comedy Ka.... Muskaan Mihani who was last seen in SAB TV's Bhai Bhaiya Aur Brother !!! will soon be seen making her appearance on the channel again. According to sources the actress will be anchoring the show, Safar Filmi Comedy Ka with Sunil Grover. The show will feature big TV actors from Bollywood. We called Muskaan Mihani, however she remained unavailable for comment.
