Jab yeh chote bachche the...
Going down the memory lane, popular television actors share what they miss about their childhood and how they would like to relive their childhood if they will become a kid for a day...
Childhood days are most lovely days in our lives that we cherish the most. Even if we grow up, we miss the memories of our childhood days and we always wish to relive our childhood days and we still try to relive it by doing masti and playing silliest pranks on our friends.
On the occasion of Children's Day, We asks your favorite stars to go down the memory lane and speak about what do they miss the most about their childhood. Also if given a chance to become a kid for a day then how they will relive their childhood days again.
Let's hear what they said...
Preetika Rao currently seen as Aaliya in Colors' Beintehaa - I used to travel a lot with my family. I still cherish the memories associated with my trips to Tirupati, Matheran, Bangalore, Mahabaleshwar, etc. That used to be a nice picnic for our family members. Now such trips hardly happens. Only work related trips happen now. If I will become a kid for a day then I will play cards with my cousins. I will get back to drawing and play treasure hunt with my friends.
Anubhav Srivastava, last seen as Sachin in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta - I miss the freedom of my childhood when I could do anything I wanted to. Now we have so many limitations. We used to do all the masti and have so much of fun. We had complete freedom and not at all bothered about anything. I really miss those moments of my life. I used to hate my school during those days but now I love it. If I would become a kid for a day then I would like my parents to take me to Disneyland where I will enjoy all the rides without any restrictions. I would like to relieve those moments of my childhood days again but in a different way. I will buy lots of toys, call my friends to my house and create a mess, hit anyone without any fear of getting scolded and have lots of fun.
Mugdha Chaphekar, soon to be seen as Arushi in Zee TV's upcoming Satrangi Sasural - I miss my school days a lot when I used to be every teacher's favorite. If I would become a kid for a day then I would put on my school uniform and run to school for a day. Children's day is all about celebrating the child in you. I think every person has a child in him/her which keeps them going. Its fun to be crazy some times especially with your parents; no matter how old you are, for them you are always a child.
Vishal Vashishtha, who essays the character of Baldev in Star Plus' Veera - I miss the free time and all the attention that I used to get from everyone during my childhood days. If I will become a kid for a day then I will go back to school and relive my childhood days.
Ansha Sayed currently seen as Purvi in Sony TV's CID - My father was strict and protective towards me. He never used to allow me to go out and play after 5-6 o'clock in the evening. I miss playing a lot. I feel that I am still like a kid because I still do all the mastis that a kid does.
We wish our readers a very Happy Children's Day!

Diet is the secret to my fitness - Nandish Sandhu
Handsome actor Nandish Sandhu shares his Stay fit mantra with us.
Colors' stunner actor with a hot body, Nandish Sandhu who was last seen in Beintehaa speaks to us how he maintains his body and what is his secret behind this well maintained figure. Also, talks to us about his fitness regime. Have a look –
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I work out regularly to stay in shape.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I have to be because looking good and being in shape is a part of my profession now. I have to take care of my food habits.
Do you take protein supplements?
Yes I do. Proteins are very important for the body and in a daily routine, the kind of food that we eat because of our profession along with hectic working hours, it is not possible to take care of what you eat all the time. So proteins are very very important. Moreover, you do not have a choice. If you want to look good and you want to work hard, you do not get enough supplements so this way proteins really help our body.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I love cricket and I used to play cricket a lot. Cricket is something that has been very very close to me.
A celebrity's body you admire
Hrithik Roshan.
What is your fitness secret?
My fitness secret is that I diet.
A fitness tip for your fans
Eat right and do not over work out. Fitness does not mean just lifting weight. You need to be fit from within so the basic fitness tip that I would want to give is that - Take care of your body, eat in proper proportion and give your body enough workout so that you do not become a lazy bum. This is the basic idea of fitness.

Beintehaa to bid adieu on November 21!
Colors' popular show Beintehaa will bid adieu on November 21.
Fortune Productions' popular show Beintehaa which has gained immense popularity over the months for the excellent chemistry between the leads of the show Zain and Aaliya, will break many hearts of the viewers as the show will bid adieu in the coming week.
Yes you all heard it right! The show is going off air and will air its last episode on November 21.
While Harshad Arora and Preetika Rao were new to TV they managed to pull off the show perfectly.
The concept of the show dealt with one of the Muslim rituals which is 'halala nikah' and the show's aim has been fulfilled by showing this ritual. Initially when the show was aired at the prime time slot the show garnered decent numbers but owing to some changes the slot of the show was changed to 11 PM.
The change in slot affected the TRP ratings and thus the makers have decided to pull the plug on the show.
Our reliable source informs us, "The concept of the show was to portray 'Halala Nikah' and the aim of the show has been fulfilled. However, it would have been futile to stretch the story unnecessarily."
We wish the entire cast and crew of the show Beintehaa all the very best for their future endeavors!

Preetika Rao's spooky experience
We all have heard instances about ‘on set’ paranormal experiences narrated by actors. Recently, another beautiful actress had a similar spooky rendezvous.
Well, we are talking about beautiful Preetika ‘Beintehaa’ Rao.
We will hear the tale from Preetika which apparently unfolded while she was filming for the above show at Khandala Ghats in Film City, Mumbai.
“It happened few days ago when we went to Film City for our shoot. During break time I was sitting with one of my crew members, busy chatting on my phone. All of a sudden someone tapped on my head. Instantly when I looked back I could not find anyone. I even looked upwards to check if any object fell on the ground but nothing of that sort happened. Then I asked my crew guy if someone came to pull a prank on me. But even he did not see anyone and got freaked out. Later he shared that the place is haunted. It scared me for a moment and I went and joined my other cast and crew to be safe.”
She continued, “This was not the first time when I experienced something eerie. During my childhood I went to my uncle’s place in Pune. At night I saw my cousin standing near the window. I thought maybe she’s not sleepy and came for a walk. But when I looked back she was not there. It was very scary and I wasn’t dreaming about it. Next morning when I asked her of being in my room, she declined. It freaked me out.”
Preetika seems like you have managed to find some admirers in the other world too (wink wink)! Stay safe and ghost free. Cheers.
