As the story of Rajan Shahi's newly launched show Itti Si Khushi is moving forward, interesting twist and turns are all set to enthrall viewers in its upcoming episodes.
The flavor of Navratri festival will be witnessed by the viewers in tomorrow's episode where a big Jagrata sequence will be held in the presence of some special guests. We heard that famous singer Mika Singh and the very famous and renowned Jagrata singer Lakhbeer Singh Lakha will grace the Jagrata sequence of the show with their magical voice. Actress Reena Kapoor who essays the character of Bhavna in Zee TV's Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya, too has been roped in to play a very important cameo for that particular episode. It going to be a one and a half hour special episode.
We spoke to the producer Rajan Shahi about this special episode. He told us, "Its going to be an entertaining episode full of interesting twist and turns in which Neha (Smriti Kalra) will come across a first conflict in the show. To make the sequence more interesting, special performances have been portrayed by popular singer Mika and the very famous Jagrata singer Lakhbeer Singh Lakha. Mika will also be having a nice interaction with Neha. The cameo part of Reena Kapoor will add a very different touch to the sequence and new dimensions will be added to the show from tomorrow's episode onward."

While Neha (Smriti Kalra) is excited and wants to start from where she left exactly 14 years ago, life has actually progressed for the rest of the family. From the glowing stars in her room to the rummy games between her parents , she wants to relive everything. But most of all she wants to meet her childhood crush Aman, completely unaware that he is now engaged to her own sister Akansha. Before meeting Aman (Anuj Sachdeva) she excited heads to a parlour to get a makeover done.
After their parlour session Neha and Akansha start walking towards Aman's house not knowing that their parents are there at that very moment discussing Akansha and Aman's engagement dates.

When 'Neha' made Smriti Kalra emotional...
The actress became emotional during the launch party of her newly launched show Itti Si Khushi on Sony TV.
It was an emotional moment for the pretty and bubbly actress Smriti Kalra who is currently seen as Neha in Rajan Shahi's newly launched show Itti Si Khushi on Sony TV.
Yesterday, the entire cast and crew of the show gathered together for watching the first episode of the show together. The team applauded when the show hit the screen at 8 PM. Smriti Kalra and Anuj Sachdeva who are playing the leads in the show were present there too along with the producer Rajan Shahi.
Seeing Neha coming back to her home in the show, Smriti became emotional. We spoke to Smriti as what made her emotional. She said, "When everything is put together, it comes out as something wonderful. Like when we make a picture then drawing just one color doesn't make a picture. If so many things are put together then it comes out as something wonderful. Similarly, we shoot one by one scene but when we see everything combined so it feels great. I became very happy and was left with teary eyed because of happiness."
Smriti's Mom was also present during the event and even she was happy and proud to watch the first episode of the show. We asked Smriti about the response she got from her Mom for her show. She said, "My Mom too became emotional after watching the episode. She really liked it and I am feeling very happy that she attended the party. I am very happy."

Rajan Shahi's much awaited show Itti Si Khushi hit the screens yesterday on Sony TV. The show starring bubbly actress Smriti Kalra and the good looking actor Anuj Sachdeva as the lead received a good review by everyone for their first episode.
Producer Rajan Shahi had arranged a get together on the sets of the show with the entire cast and crew along with his entire family of Director's Kut to watch the first episode of the show together. Happiness and excitement was easily seen on the faces of the entire cast and crew of the Itti Si Khushi before the start of the show. When the clock ticked 8 PM, everybody present on the sets, welcomed the show on screen with a big round of applause.
The stars of Rajan Shahi's previous shows and current shows like Angad Hasija, Adaa Khan, Kinshuk Mahajan, Kanchi Singh, Mishkat Verma, Lata Sabharwal Seth, Ashita Dhawan Gulabani etc. too were present to grace the occasion. They were seen praising and congratulating the producer and the cast of the show. The entire team of the show cut a cake together and greeted each other. Later all the stars present on the occasion rocked the dance floor with their dance moves.
The first episode of the show started off with Neha coming back to her home after getting discharged from the hospital. She was in coma for 12 years and she is back to her home to add colors of happiness in the lives of everyone around and she is welcomed wholeheartedly by her family members. The first episode also introduced Aman in a very cute way. The innocence of Neha won the hearts of the audience and now the love story of Neha and Aman will add more flavor to the show.

Rajan Shahi's Itti Si Khushi replaces Ek Nayi Pehchaan!
Rajan Shahi's Itti Si Khushi replaces Jai and Kinnari Mehta's Ek Nayi Pehchaan from September 27.
We had earlier reported about Sony TV's prime time show Ek Nayi Pehchaan going off air on September 25. The major reason behind the channel pulling the plug was low TRP and also the show could not strike the correct bond with the audience in spite of various twists that the makers brought in.
Our source informs us, "Rajan Shahi's next Itti Si Khushi will replace Jay and Kinnari Mehta's Ek Nayi Pehchaan. Itti Si Khushi is based on a guy who has become a practical person owing to some past and also situations that come his way. He moulds himself according to the situations and conditions that he will face in life."
When contacted Anuj Sachdeva who plays the lead in the show to know about his show getting a time slot, he says, "Very honestly, I am not sure when and what time will the show go on air but I was told regarding that it will go on air that time around. So cannot comment on that as of now."
Smriti Kalra will be seen as the female lead in the show.
Well, with this news the fans of Ek Nayi Pehchaan surely will get disheartened. But like it is always said, whatever happens happens for the good. With an end of one good thing starts another, haina?

Deeksha Kanwal Sonalkar joins the cast of Sony TV's Itti Si Khushi
Our newsroom is getting buzzed with constant information coming in from Directors Kut’s next Itti Si Khushi on Sony Entertainment Television.
Yesterday we exclusively reported about the interesting plot of the show where a young girl will be seen struggling with her life post coming out of coma. The leads of the show are Smriti Kalra and Anuj Sachdeva.
We also reported about actors like Vidya Sinha, Paritosh Sand and Mazher Sayed being roped in to play important roles in the show. Now we have one more name in the list.
It is of the beautiful and talented Deeksha Kanwal Sonalkar who had impressed viewers with her performance as Jass in Colors’ Bani Ishq Da Kalma.
Deeksha will be seen playing the character of Anuj’s sister Neeta in the show. The character will be a docile and simple girl who will be very close to her family especially her brother.
Shares a source, “She will be the confidante to her brother and stand up for him in all steps of his life. She will also be the supporting factor in bringing together Anuj and Smriti’s character.”
Neeta will be a positive person and will be don a completely Indian avatar.
When we spoke to Deeksha she said, “Yes, I am doing the show but I cannot divulge anything on it. All I can say is that the character is very different from what I am in real life. Thus I am really looking forward for the show.”
The show will launch next month.

Now Mazher will be back in action in a very different role when compared to what he played in Pammi. The actor has been roped in by Rajan Shahi for his upcoming Sony TV show, Itti Si Khushi.
