Our judges and renowned chefs Kunal, Sanjeev and Vikas have been having a gala time at the MasterChef India 3 auditions so far. They are now looking forward to the upcoming auditions in Mumbai, as this city of dreams never fails to churn out the most amazing talent.
The judges are eager to see what the amateur chefs of the city will cook up to become a part of India’s biggest reality food show. Thrilled for the upcoming auditions in Mumbai, Chef Vikas Khanna expressed “Mumbai, being a cosmopolitan city is home to a number of cuisines. I am really excited to see what the contestants will dish up.”
Chef Kunal Kapoor was quick to add that he has been an admirer of how this city has encompassed flavours across the nation. He said, “I can’t wait to taste what they have to offer, and I have really high hopes from the amateur chefs in Mumbai.
Joining our judges on the Mumbai auditions is our cute and bubbly Maanvi from the show - ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’. The newly married bride onscreen is eager to meet the contestants and try out the cuisines that they’d be carrying for the auditions. When asked about the show, Maanvi said she never misses out on MasterChef, and is really looking forward to be an integral part of it in the Mumbai auditions. “I am going to interact with the contestants and give them an ego boost!” , she added laughingly.
As for Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, he is really eager to taste Bombay’s spicy, street Pav Bhaji, and of course, what the contestants concoct for the auditions..
The Mumbai auditions were being held on Sunday, Dec 23rd at Ryan International School, Evershine Nagar, Malad (W) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Watch this space for more.
