'Amita Ka Amit' new serial coming soon on Sony TV

It has been more than six months since producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s last show, “Nayva” has ended. He is now all set to come up with his latest show, “Amita Ka Amit” for ‘Sony Entertainment Television’. The plot of his new show revolves around two common people namely, Amit and Amita, as the title suggests and has Mumbai as its backdrop. The project, details of which are a closely guarded secret, had been a dream of Siddharth Tewary for a very long time. The show is scheduled to be aired in January 2013. The star cast of the show, compromises of popular actors, of, Gujarati stage and are newcomers in the field of television. However two senior actresses namely Raksha Desai and Meenal Patel have been signed to essay important characters in the show. Meenal was last seen playing mother to I M Virani in “Mukti Bandhan” whereas Raksha Desai essayed the role of grandmother in “Hamari Devrani”. Viewers will be eagerly waiting to watch this show.
